Only players under 16 (birth year 1993 onwards) at any time during 2009 are eligible.
Registration fees and fees paid to participate in the World Health fitness sessions are eligible.
You will receive one receipt per season per child. If your child has played both seasons, please make sure to request another tax receipt.

The process will be like online registration whereby the parent provides the player's home telephone number and the season requested. The system will verify that the family exists and has eligible players registered. If no players are eligible then a message is displayed accordingly. Otherwise the system sends an email to the family designated contact (regardless of who paid the fees or who will claim the tax credit) with the tax receipts attached as a PDF document. The family can request the receipts as often as they wish. The system will always issue the same document.
